Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about promoting oral health and educating patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental Debridement, prophylaxis, gingival scaling and dental scaling and root planing,
- Conduct medical history review, oral health assessments and charting
- Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Assist dentists with exams and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in FL
- Certification in local anesthesia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
- Second Language preferred
